Boruto has 293 episodes divided into 26 arcs, so far there are 49 filler episodes in the anime (17% fillers). The canon episodes, unlike its prequel 'Naruto Shippuden', were divided into 2, the first 'manga canon' which was adapted from the manga and the second 'anime canon' which expands and combines with the main story told by the manga.
Only 88 episodes were adapted from the manga, but this does not mean that the remaining episodes are filler, officially the entire anime is considered canon. So what is marked as filler are episodes that will have no relevance nor will they be remembered in history.
The best platform to watch Boruto is Crunchyroll, it has all the episodes subtitled and available for almost all countries. On Hulu, the anime is available with its dubbing but only for the United States and Japan. For Asia you can watch the anime from Netflix and for Canada it is available on Prime Video.

Boruto Filler Arcs to Watch and Skip
Boruto is currently divided into 26 arcs, of which only 5 arcs were adapted from his manga, the other arcs are original but named canonical. Therefore, I will mention the arcs that are worth watching and the ones that you should skip, leaving aside only the ones that were adapted from the manga:
- Academy Entrance Arc – 1-16: Recommended. In this arc they will introduce us to the new generation of ninjas, in addition to telling the story of a relevant character for later episodes. We skip episode 16 for being filler.
- School Trip Arc – 25-32: Not recommended. This arc is unnecessary, here they show us the school trip from the ninja academy to Kirigakure. Only this trip will be remembered in episode 182 but with nothing relevant to contribute.
