Naruto has 3 movies and 8 OVAs, its sequel Naruto Shippuden has 8 movies and 3 OVAs, all of which are considered extra material for the anime, so they do not affect the story told by the manga.
Therefore, it is not necessary to watch both the movies and the OVAs to understand the plot, so feel free to watch only the anime if you wish, since only this one was adapted from the manga.
But if you want to watch the movies and ovas in chronological order, to enjoy all the available content of the series, in the following list I show you how to do it in order, adding a brief synopsis so that you can decide to watch them or not:

Can I skip Naruto movies?
You don't need to watch any of the Naruto or Naruto Shippuden movies except "The Last" and "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" because those 2 are the only ones that are really part of the story. All the other movies don't really fit into the timeline because they are movies that aren't actually canon. In the case of the Boruto movie, you can skip it if you are going to continue the story in the Boruto anime.
