Since childhood, Akemitsu Akagami was instilled with the belief by his father that humans cannot thrive in isolation. Yet beneath this seemingly wise counsel lurks a harsh reality—those of the Akagami lineage are notorious for their reckless flirtatious behavior. Intent on redeeming his family's tarnished reputation, Akemitsu shuns romantic entanglements throughout his life, only to succumb to the irresistible allure of love at first sight.
In a final bid to overcome these impulses, Akemitsu embarks on a journey to a nearby temple seeking enlightenment through Buddhist teachings. However, his plans are disrupted when the very girl who captured his heart appears at the temple's entrance. Amidst the ensuing chaos, he learns that the temple is, in fact, a nunnery burdened with debts borrowed by his father before his disappearance. Now obligated to work at the nunnery to repay the outstanding loans, Akemitsu strives to maintain his resolve and remain celibate amidst the company of charming young women.
